In 2006, after four years of working as a sales associate in Salt Lake City, Utah I ventured out to form my own independent brokerage, Pope Realty Team. At the time, I was part of a small group of Vietnamese agents working in Salt Lake and saw a large absence of Vietnamese representation in the real estate industry. As a Vietnamese immigrant with deep rooted ties to my community, I felt a need to forge a real estate firm that could positively and successfully represent our locality. It is with this intention that I sought to build my company on a community driven and client-forward foundation.
In 2011, my family and I relocated to Florida. With our move, I realized my firm similarly needed a rejuvenation to match the beautiful and sunny state we now called our home, and so Orchid Realty was formed. Nevertheless, Utah will always hold a special place in my heart, one that I couldn't leave behind entirely. I still own my home in West Jordan, visit my lifelong friends and family in Salt Lake often and have maintained my broker's license to operate in Utah under Orchid Realty for the last 13 years.
Over the last 20 years of my professional career, I’ve been involved in almost every aspect of real estate from residential sales to land development to property management to mortgage financing; I’ve delighted in every element of real estate. I've found true joy working alongside my clients and educating through the oftentimes complicated and difficult process of purchasing and selling real estate. Sustaining lasting relationships and referral business is the framework upon which I built my company. Throughout my career I have always demonstrated my knowledge, experience, loyalty and commitment; all of my past and current clients can attest to this. Having never been one to do things in half measures it was imperative that Orchid Realty and our agents embody these principles as well.
